CKO Kickboxing Teams Up with After-School All-Stars Newark & New York to provide 40 students with a kickboxing class in Wayne, New Jersey.
WEDNESDAY, February 17, 2016 (Newark, NJ) – CKO Kickboxing, a national health fitness and kickboxing gym franchise, is teaming up with After-School All-Stars (ASAS), a national nonprofit that provides comprehensive after-school programs to keep children safe and help them succeed in school and life, to give kids a kickboxing class.
On February 19, 40 ASAS middle school participants Manhattan will lace up their boxinggloves at the CKO kickboxing gym in Wayne, New Jersey where CKO’s professional kickboxing team will guide the students through the basics of kickboxing.
Through ASAS’ national health and wellness initiative, Sports as a Hook (SAAH), New Jersey and New York area students are equipped with the tools and information they need to develop healthy habits and lead healthier lives.
